Description

he Mad Ship by Robin Hobb is widely considered a masterpiece of epic fantasy, though it is actually the second book in the Liveship Traders Trilogy, not the first book of The Farseer Trilogy (which begins with Assassin’s Apprentice). Both trilogies take place in Hobb’s interconnected Realm of the Elderlings universe. The Mad Ship expands beautifully on the nautical world of Bingtown, delivering incredible character growth, high stakes, and unparalleled worldbuilding.
